Write to [email protected]. A real person answers, usually within a few days. In the app: Settings > Legal & privacy > Contact support.
Your data
Where is my data? On your phone only. BarkBell has no server that stores your workouts.
Get a copy: Settings > Legal & privacy > Export my data shares a file with everything the app keeps.
Delete it: Settings > Legal & privacy > Delete my account erases everything from the app and signs you out.
New phone? Your data moves with your phone's own backup and restore (iCloud Backup or Google backup), if you use it.
Pro and purchases
Cancel Pro: iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Restore Pro on a new phone: open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases.
Refunds: Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: request a refund in Google Play.
Health data
To stop BarkBell reading heart rate or steps, turn the switch off in Settings, or remove access in the Health app (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). Health data is only used inside the app and never shared.
